choose to offer direct service to hospice clients and
families, or to provide indirect service to hospice clients
and families by supporting various Pine Tree Hospice
functions.

Pine Tree Hospice
Membership is open to any interested individual who supports the mission
of Pine Tree Hospice and/or who volunteers with the organization in any
manner.
Anyone who wishes to be a member is required to complete a membership
form annually. To ensure voting rights and privileges, a membership form
must be received by PTH no less than thirty (30) days prior to the
Annual Meeting. |
